Consent to Personal Data Processing

By providing their personal data, the User gives their consent to Kinomania.TV Limited Liability Company located at: 127427 Moscow, Akademika Koroleva street, 21, building 9, room 7, hereinafter referred to as “Kinomania.TV”, to the processing, storage and use of their personal data based on Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” for the following purposes:

• To register the User on the website https://umkatv.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website)
• To provide customer support
• To ensure that the User receives information about marketing events
• To conduct an audit and other internal research in order to improve the quality of the services provided by the Website.

Personal data shall mean any personal information that allows to identify the User, including, but not limited to:

• Name, patronymic, surname
• Contact telephone number
• E-mail address

Personal data of the Users shall be stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases when non-automated personal data processing is necessary in connection with compliance with legislative requirements.

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all personal data that Kinomania.TV Limited Liability Company located at: 127427 Moscow, Akademika Koroleva street, 21, building 9, room 7, hereinafter referred to as “Kinomania.TV”, can receive about the User during their use of the official website of “Kinomania.TV” — https://umkatv.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), in particular as a result of participation in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions and/or other interaction (hereinafter referred to as the services).

2. General Provisions

• This Privacy Policy applies only to the information obtained in the course of using the Website with the domain name https://umkatv.com/
• Kinomania.TV does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Website Users.
• By filling out the forms and sending any forms posted on the Website pages, as well as by specifying their personal data when using other services of the Website, the User agrees with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing and transfer of their personal data specified herein. The User’s consent to the provision, processing and transfer of their Personal Data to Kinomania.TV in accordance with the Policy shall be complete and unconditional.
• The consent given by the User includes the consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, cross-border transfer, blocking, anonymization, destruction, transfer of personal data within Kinomania.TV for the purpose of possible interaction and cooperation with Kinomania.TV and/or third parties.

• The User’s personal data provided by Kinomania.TV shall be considered unconfirmed and may be blocked until the User or their legal representative gives consent to process the User’s personal data in any form that does not contradict the law, apart from that provided on the Website.
• Kinomania.TV shall maintain the confidentiality of the User’s personal information, except in cases of voluntary provision of information about themselves for general access to the general public when using certain Services (information, data, materials, as well as information products provided by Kinomania.TV and third parties, access to which is provided through the information and telecommunication network Internet), including third parties (for example, Facebook, Vkontakte, etc.), the User agrees that a certain part of their personal information becomes publicly available.
• The User understands that in the case of authorization on the Website through social media accounts, the rules and conditions of the relevant social media shall apply to them, including in terms of processing and use of personal data and ensuring their confidentiality.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration to process the Personal Data of the Users, their protection, including ensuring the protection of the confidentiality of the Personal Data that the User provides to the Website Administration.

Kinomania.TV guarantees that it never provides the Personal Data to third parties, except for cases when:

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

5. Terms of Personal Data Processing

1. The User’s personal data shall be processed until the purpose of processing the Personal Data is achieved, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems with or without automation tools.
2. The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and according to the procedure prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. Kinomania.TV shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4. Kinomania.TV together with the User shall make every effort to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
5. The User may at any time change (update, supplement, block, destroy) personal information or part thereof provided by them, as well as the parameters of its confidentiality by applying to Kinomania.TV.
6. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by the Company by sending a written notice to the e-mail address: https://umkatv.com/ with the note “withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
7. The User has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data by Kinomania.TV.
8. In order to comply with the provisions of Clauses 5.5., 5.6. and 5.7. of this Policy, Kinomania.TV may require confirmation of the User’s identity by requesting the provision of such confirmation in any form that does not contradict the law.

6. Additional Terms and Conditions

• Kinomania.TV may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
• The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment it is posted on the Website unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
• The current Privacy Policy is posted on July 31, 2025 on the Website at https://umkatv.com/en/agreement/.
